Heavy Duty Racks — SR110
For when 2,000 lbs is the floor and 3,000 lbs is the ceiling. SR110 is built around 50% thicker wood than the standard line, a dedicated bolting system that survives a thousand transit cycles, and the same modular upright + crossbar architecture as the rest of the family.
50% thicker wood
The difference between an SR80 and an SR110 is the gauge of the plywood. SR110 panels are reinforced where the load tells them to be.
Dedicated bolting system
Hardware engineered for the heavier load. Disassembles + reassembles 4–5 times, the same as the standard line.
BVI-tested
Validated by the Belgian Packaging Institute under load. Test data on request — the sales team can pull the documentation.
