Heavy Duty Racks
The SG80/SR80 HD family. About 2,200 lbs. 50% thicker wood. BVI-tested.
Heavy Duty Racks
The Heavy Duty family (SG80.180/.240 HD and SR80.180/.240 HD) is built around 50% thicker wood than the standard line, a dedicated bolting system that survives a thousand transit cycles, and the same modular upright + crossbar architecture as the rest of the family. Rated about 2,200 lbs in the fixed build. This is a separate line from the SR110 transport rack, which is the widest, highest-capacity transport option at up to 3,000 lbs.
50% thicker wood
The difference between a standard rack and a Heavy Duty rack is the gauge of the plywood. HD panels are reinforced where the load tells them to be.
Dedicated bolting system
Hardware engineered for the heavier load. Disassembles + reassembles 4β5 times, the same as the standard line.
BVI-tested
Validated by the Belgian Packaging Institute under load. Test data on request β the sales team can pull the documentation.
Built for these loads
- Stone slabs (granite, marble, quartz, sintered)
- Thick architectural glass β 12mm+ tempered, laminated, insulated units
- Heavy panels and dense composite materials
- High-cycle operations where the rack pays for itself in a few months
